All pictures taken of yarn, needles, hooks and notions are done to produce the closest colour accuracy with as much description on the item for your benefit.

Please take the time to check that you have the size of the needles or hooks that you want to buy. All needles and hooks are Non-Refundable and are considered final sales at Yarn Traveler & Haberdashery; due to our policy of keeping needles and hooks pristine in their original condition, are unspoiled and unused condition. Again, please take the time to check all sizes of needles and hooks that you want to buy.

Brittany (needles & crochet hooks) have a guarantee for the needles and hooks. If your needle breaks within 5 years of purchase we will replace it.) This last sentence was copied from their website. A note on their policy: I can only deal with products that has been bought from me. If you are in Canada or from the USA and have bought your needles/hooks from me. You can contact me for assistance. Brittany has a (Replacement Request form) that can be filled out by you. They have the full line of products. I have a limited selection and will help you if I can with the product. All shipping will be the customers responsibility as well you must have proof of purchase with the order number for the damaged product. You must contact me within the 5 years from purchase of product (needles & hooks).

Damages Upon Delivery

You will have (30 days) upon reception (delivery) of product.
