Refund policy

All pictures taken of yarn, needles, hooks and notions are done to produce the closest colour accuracy with as much description on the item for your benefit.

All needles and hooks are Non-Refundable and are considered a final sales. Due to YT&H's policy keeping needles and hooks pristine (original condition and unspoiled) and unused, please take the time to check that you have the size of the needles or hooks that you want to buy.

Both Brittany and Kollage Square have (warranties) that deal with manufacturing defects. These companies deal with any manufacturing defects directly.  

 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have (30 days) upon reception (delivery) of product. Please included proof of purchase and your order number with returned item(s), if everything is in order you will receive a refund for the value of the item(s) returned, all shipping excluded.  

Returns and Refunds for (yarn, notions, sewn and knitwear). Item(s) in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving the purchase. Exchanges for yarn, notions, knitted and sewn items. You must contact me immediately upon reception (delivery) of item and you will have (30) days to do so. Please included proof of purchase and your order number with returned item(s), if everything is in order you will receive a refund for the value of the item(s) returned, all shipping excluded.  

Saleable Conditions:

  • All tags and packaging for item(s) must be intact.
  • Yarn must not be wound or altered.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in pristine condition.  

Please note there are no refunds on digital downloads. If you have questions on any pattern instructions, please contact me.

All Digital downloads are non refundable. These products are not physical items and can not be shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
